60 people were displaced in an apartment fire on Rodi Road in Penn Hills in late-January, and now the U.S. Small Business Administration is offering aide to those effected.

Governor Tom Wolf announced Friday that low-interest loans are available for survivors of the apartment fire in Penn Hills.

"Thankfully there was no loss of life in this fire, but dozens of residents in this apartment building still suffered devastating losses," said Gov. Wolf. "Low-interests loan will help replace what was lost and get them back on their feet more quickly."

The loans are up to $200,000 and are available to homeowners and renters to repair, or replaced, damaged or destroyed real estate.

For those effected, they can call the SBA's Customer Service Center at 1-800-659-2955, or by e-mailing DisasterCustomerService@sba.gov.
