PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - The COVID-19 vaccine roll out is moving slowly in Pennsylvania.

"We are getting the vaccines out. Now It's not as fast as anybody would like - part of that is just because we're constrained by supply," Governor Tom Wolf said during the KDKA Radio Morning Show on Tuesday.

Wolf said the allocation of the Covid-19 vaccine distribution is coming from the federal government's plan from Pfizer and Moderna.

The Biden administration is ramping up its efforts to produce 150 million vaccines in the first 100 days in office. The original goal was 100 million vaccines in the first 100 days.

"As that ramps up, we'll do a better job," Wolf adds.
