A Greensburg man has been arrested for allegedly luring an 11-year-old girl into his car and then taking her to his house.

Police were first notified Sunday that the girl was missing and her bicycle was found near a gas station in Youngwood.

Bloodhounds were able to track her scent and police were able to track the location of her iPad at the suspect's home near Latrobe.

The victim told police she was trying to ride her bike to Pittsburgh to see her sister when she stopped at the gas station to take a break.

She said she walked over to the Dollar General, where she met 43-year-old Keith Lilliock, who said he could take her where she wanted to go after he closed the store.

She says he then took her to his home, where Lilliock touched her leg and stomach before she asked him to take her to a friend's house in Latrobe.

He allegedly admitting to taking the little girl home, but denied touching her when questioned by police.
