A Grove City man has been arrested on charges of endangering the welfare of a child and possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.
35 year old Joshua Caldwell was taken into custody when officers were called to a home along Park Street in Grove City for a welfare check on a five year old girl.
While investigating, officers found drugs, drug paraphernalia, and “terrible living conditions” inside the home.
Caldwell is currently awaiting a preliminary hearing on Wednesday, and is being held on five-thousand dollars bail.
