A head-on crash Wednesday night in East McKeesport is being further investigated.
The crash occurred along Fifth Avenue by Congress Street. Investigators are seeing what caused a white minivan and a truck to slam into one another.
At this time it is unclear if there are any injuries or the conditions of those involved.
