Dr. Paul Nussbaum is the founder and CEO of Brain Health Center. He educates the public on how the brain works. He was previously involved with the United Nations, Sirius Radio, National Press Club and more.
He said it is normal for individuals to be struggling mentally right now. He joined the KDKA Radio Morning Show on Friday to give listeners a perspective as to how to manage the emotions caused by the pandemic.

“Even a stranger sitting next to you, or someone that you meet today, reach out to them. Communicate with them. Let them know that you can support them.”
