The clock is ticking for Michelle Williams and her family. After Sunday, they don't know if they'll have a roof over their heads. That's because American Red Cross assistance runs out on Sunday and they can't return to their home because it's not safe to go inside.

Michelle's home was hit in Sunday's flash flooding and the rushing water literally washed out the foundation of her two-story split-level home in West Newton, PA.
