A firefighter was injured battling a massive fire at an auto salvage shop in Fayette County Thursday afternoon.
County dispatch says the call came in around noon from Marsh Auto Salvage in Lower Tyrone Township.
Social media video shows thick black smoke pouring from the building. Witnesses say they could see the smoke from miles away.

A total of 18 fire companies from Fayette County, and several more from Westmoreland County responded to the scene.
Dispatchers say one firefighter suffered minor injuries and was taken to the local ER for treatment.
