An inmate at Westmoreland County Prison was found dead Thursday morning.
The Westmoreland County Coroner’s Office says Terry Brumley was found unresponsive around 6:45 a.m. in a cell.
Brumley is pleaded guilty last month to criminal trespass and other charges.
He was sentenced to one and a half to three years in prison.
An autopsy will be performed on Friday.
No other information was released.
Prison Warden Bryan Kline resigned Monday, ahead of a prison board meeting.
Kline says he stepped down to work in academia and do research. His resignation is effective October 2.
The Tribune-Review reports Steven Pelesky has been named interim warden.
