An unknown number of mail-in ballots are missing in Butler County.
The county sent about 40,000 ballots but many voters say they haven't received them.
The Butler County elections director says they were lost by the Postal Service, which says it is "unaware of any significant delays or issues."
If you don't get a mail-in ballot you can go to the Butler County elections office and cast an emergency ballot or go to your polling place on Election Day and vote with a provisional ballot.
