A 29-year-old man is accused of trying to take explicit images of a woman inside Giant Eagle's Monroeville store.
Brandon Bass allegedly tried to take the upskirt pics at the meat counter.
Bass fled the store when he was confronted by a customer, and police stopped him a short distance away from the store.
Officers say surveillance video shows Bass had a cell phone secured to his shoe.
He's facing charges including attempted invasion of privacy and harassment.
Police say Bass is a convicted sex offender and was investigated for a similar act in 2022.
