A Butler man is charged with indecent exposure after police say he exposed himself in the parking lot of a local Sheetz.
Police say 40-year-old Dustin Williams admitted to performing a sex act on himself after an employee had arrived to work at the Center Avenue Sheetz and saw him when his car's horn beeped.
The employee looked over and saw Williams masturbating.
The Butler Eagle says Williams is still awaiting a preliminary hearing.
