Pittsburgh Police have made an arrest in a South Side graffiti case.
Police say 27-year-old Matthew Dougherty was arrested and charged with criminal mischief.
He's accused of spray painting racist and vulgar messages on a concession stand at Quarry Field at S. 18th Street and Crosman Street in the South Side.
At the time of the incident, Mayor Bill Peduto said "Disgusting and hateful actions like these have no place in our city and will not be tolerated."
The Pittsburgh Public Works Department cleaned off the graffiti.
