A man was taken into custody by police Wednesday afternoon after an incident at Pittsburgh International Airport.
A spokesperson for the airport tells KDKA Radio a man who has a ticket for an American Airlines flight to Philadelphia was late and missed boarding.
He reportedly made threats against the plane to employees at the gate.
Allegheny County Police responded and detained the man.
The plane was de-boarded while police investigated.
Airport operations were unaffected.
