A man was hit in the head with a gun during a carjacking early today on the North Side.
Police say it happened before 12:30 a.m. and reported to the 2300 block of Beaver Avenue.
The victim told officers he was lured to the area of Mannheim Street over a social media post.
That's where four men threatened him at gunpoint and took his vehicle.
Medics also responded to the scene but the victim declined to be transported to the hospital.
The car was found later in South Park Township and towed back to be processed.
The police are still on the searcher of the suspects involved and their Auto Squad is investigating.
