
An Ingram man has been charged for deliberately hitting a pedestrian with a vehicle in Castle Shannon.
Allegheny County Police say the incident happened just before 9 p.m. on Tuesday evening at a business in the 3500 block of Library Road for reports of a vehicle crashing into a person.
Castle Shannon Police found a 48-year-old man with an apparent broken foot. He was taken to the hospital in stable condition.
Through an investigation, police determined the victim was hit intentionally after an argument with the driver, 49-year-old Steward Walker.
County Police say the argument started in the vehicle and the victims was hit after trying to flee on foot.
Walker is facing several charges, including aggravated assault by vehicle.
