A teenager has been arrested, charged with indecent assault, incent exposure and more after multiple incidents in Frick Park.
Pittsburgh Police say the incidents began on Sunday evening around 5:15.
A woman told officers she was running on Tranquil Trail in the park when a man approached her from behind.
He told the woman “she had something liquid on her clothing.”
She says he then fondled her and she was able to get away, calling police.
A short time later, police got another report of lewd conduct inside the Frick Park Lawn Bowl by a man that matched the same description.
The caller told police the man was “masturbating and recording himself on his phone before he turned the screen to film her.”
A third person then reported a man wearing a red hoodie, following women around the park and that he was sitting on a bench on the Tranquil Trail.
Police say the first victim was able to positively identify the man as the person who followed an assaulted her.
19-year-old Isaiah Rivers of Penn Hills was arrested after police consulted with the Allegheny County District Attorney’s Office.
He also faces charges of harassment and open lewdness. He was taken to the Allegheny County Jail.
