The man who shot and killed an Oliver Citywide Academy student in January of 2022 has been sentenced to 20 to 40 years in prison.
19-year-old Eugene Watson pled guilty to third degree murder and other charges for the murder of 15-year-old Marquis Campbell.
Detectives were able to identify Watson through tracks in the snow, surveillance video and witness statements.
