A man was in critical condition after being struck by a vehicle this morning in Penn Hills.
911 was notified around 6:30 a.m. of the incident near the 4000 block of Frankstown Road at Overbrook Drive.
First responders took the victim to a hospital and the driver remained on the scene.
Allegheny County Police Department’s Collision Reconstruction Unit responded to a request at the scene.
