A man was run over by a runaway wood chipper Wednesday morning in South Fayette Township.

Allegheny County Dispatch says the call came in after 8:30 a.m. about a wood chipper breaking away from a vehicle and running the man over in the 300 block of Faucet Church Road.
The victim was taken to a hospital, condition unknown.
