Man wounded after vehicle shooting in Knoxville

Police are investigating after a man was shot in Knoxville Sunday.

Pittsburgh Police say they were dispatched to the intersection of Wilbur Street and Grogan Avenue just after 11 p.m. after a nine-round ShotSpotter alert.

Officers found a crashed vehicle with multiple bullet holes. A short time later, they located a man with a gunshot wound to his pink finger in the 200 block of Wilbur Street.

He was taken to the hospital in stable condition.

A suspect has not been identified.
