A McKees Rocks man could face prison and a fine after being indicted on a federal narcotics violation.
U.S. Attorney Stephen Kaufman said that on April 22, 2021, 32-year-old Devon Lamont Johnson possessed with the intent to deliver a quantity of heroin.
If convicted, Johnson could face up to 20 years in prison, a $1 million fine or both.
The investigation which led to Johnson's indictment was conducted by the Allegheny County Police The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
