A local man was arrested and charged in connection with a fatal hit-and-run crash in Monroeville Wednesday night.
Police say 22-year-old Braden Chetsko of Monroeville hit a pedestrian and drove away from the scene on Mosside Blvd. around 9:20 p.m.
The 50-year-old victim was taken to the hospital where he later died.
Chetsko faces multiple charges, including Homicide by Vehicle While DUI, Involuntary Manslaughter and Accidents Involving Death or Personal Injury While DUI. He is in the Allegheny County Jail.
