Animal Friends is in the process of removing nearly 50 dogs from unsanitary conditions in a Whitehall home.
In a Facebook post Wednesday, the shelter said they will give the dogs the immediate medical attention they need.
There's no other information about how the shelter's Humane Investigation team discovered the dogs or if anyone will be facing any charges.
The shelter is asking for donations to care for the dogs.
