November was a big month for Pennsylvania Lottery scratch-off players.
Over $211 million in prizes were claimed over the month.
The top prize of $5 million was sold in Allegheny County, one prize of $3 million was also sold in Allegheny County along with a $1 million prize.
In total, $211,762,935 were claimed by players.
