Just as the afternoon rush is beginning PennDOT says the Parkway West inbound is closed now between Greentree and I-79.
Video cameras were showing a number of PA State Police Troopers looking down from the road near Trumbull Drive into the area below.
That camera has since gone dark.
All ramps onto the Parkway in the effected section are also closed.
Drivers are being urged to find another way to get around.
