UPDATE: Agostino Abbatiello turned himself in Tuesday morning.
A Churchill man is named as the number two person in a cocaine trafficking ring at Penn State University.
23-year-old Thomas Robinson is accused of buying cocaine that was packaged at fraternity houses.
State Attorney General Dave Sunday says it was done by fraternity brothers and pledges at Delta Upsilon and Sigma Chi fraternities.
Robinson is accused of selling cocaine to informants, and buying over $40,000 of the drug from Agostino Abbatiello, a man described by students as the largest distributor at Penn State.
Robinson’s 59-year-old father, Paul, is facing several charges, accused of concealing evidence, including a safe containing drugs and cash.
Bail was set at $1.5 million for Thomas Robinson and $1 million for Paul Robinson and a warrant has been issued for Abbatiello’s arrest.
13 of the 14 defendants were Penn State students in 2023 and 24.
