Big Lots has more than a dozen locations in the region including Aliquippa, Belle Vernon, Bridgeville, Butler, Greensburg, Indiana, Kittanning, Latrobe, Monroeville, Natrona Heights, New Castle, North Versailles, Penn Hills, Ross Township, Uniontown, Washington, Waynesburg, West Mifflin and Whitehall.
The retailer's sales fell 10% in the first quarter as consumers cut back on spending.
