A former restaurant/ night club in the Pittsburgh area has reopened as a new Asian restaurant.
The Linden Grove in Castle Shannon closed last summer and remained empty until recently, when Self Chef Mongolian Stir-Fry & Sushi opened at 1100 Grove Road.
Self Chef offers made-to-order sushi, stir-fry bowls, drinks desserts and more.
Self Chef lets you go up to a buffet-style area where you can build your own “yummy bowl” by selecting your type of rice or other starch, veggies, meat and other protein and other sauce.
The chef then fries up your creation, in their open kitchen, on the grill.
Self Chef also offers sushi boats, fresh sashimi and more!
The Liden Grove closed last July 26 after decades in business.
