UPDATE (2:24 p.m.): Pittsburgh Police announced Wednesday afternoon that Skyler Smith had been located and returned home safely.
ORIGINAL: Pittsburgh Police are asking for the public's help in locating a missing man that they say is vulnerable.
Skyler Smith, 22, was last seen on Monongahela Street around 4pm Tuesday wearing tan pants and a tan-colored shirt.
He is 6' 2" tall, weighs 240lbs and has black hair and brown eyes.
Police say Skyler frequents the North Side.
Anyone with information on Skyler's location is asked to call police at 412-323- 7141.
