A Pittsburgh Police officer is on unpaid administrative leave and is facing charges after a he was arrested for DUI earlier this month.
The Pittsburgh Bureau of Police confirms to KDKA Radio that Officer Traiq Francis is on leave after being involved in a crash on November 12 in Plum Township.
He is reportedly facing charged of driving under the influence and endangering the welfare of a child.
His teenager was in the car with him at the time.
According to police reports and submitted complaints, Francis hit WPXI reporter Amy Hudak.
