Pennsylvania is one of the most dog-friendliest cities in the country, according to a new survey from MarketWatch.
The Consumer advice website looked at multiple categories, including each city's number of dog-friendly apartments, the number of veterinary offices, average veterinary costs and the number of dog parks.
Pittsburgh placed as the 15th dog-friendliest city in America. Number one was Raleigh, North Carolina.
The top ten cities:

3. Madison, Wis.
4. Lexington, Ky.
5. Boise, Idaho
6. Austin, Texas
7. Portland, Ore.
8. Cincinnati, Ohio
9. Seattle, Wash.
10. Greensboro, N.C.
