PITTSBURGH (100.1 FM and AM 1020 KDKA) Authorities are on the scene in Homewood and investigating a shooting in Homewood.
According to a tweet from Pittsburgh Police on Wednesday morning, a male was shot in the chest.
No further information has been released at this time.
Police were called to the 7200 block of Bennett Street around 10:25 a.m. and arrived to find the victim in a garage.
First responders rendered aid to the victim until EMS arrived to transport him to the hospital.
The victim was transported in critical condition.
A witness told police they saw two males flee the scene.
