Authorities are looking into an alleged assault near the University of Pittsburgh campus.
Police were told the incident happened around 4 a.m. along Forbes Avenue.
The victim reported being fondled by a man who fled towards Bellefield Avenue.
He's described as 5-10 to 6 feet tall and weighs around 250 pounds. Police say he has short hair, a scar below his left eye, and a gap between his top teeth.
Anyone with information is asked to call City of Pittsburgh or University Police.
