A popular Beaver Falls pizza shop is closing its doors later this month.
In a social media post, D and G Pizza says it's closing on December 21 after about 60 years in business.
The owner posted a heartfelt thanks on Facebook.
The Original D&G Pizza Beaver Falls proudly served this community with much devotion for 60 years.
As for the future, I am looking forward to spending time with my loved ones.

The announcement prompted customers to bombard the shop with orders.
That led to D & G running out of pizzas within hours last night.
D & G says they’ll back up and running as of 4 p.m. Tuesday but don’t expect that supply to last long.
