Constituents of Conor Lamb are reporting the outgoing congressman has already closed his offices.

Those constituents say when they call the office, they are referred to Senator Bob Casey. Though Lamb says he hasn't closed up shop just yet.
His offices are closed as the federal government begins the standard transition process, including returning equipment to DC and tying up loose ends.
“We keep working, even despite that, so if you were to call my office now, you’d have the ability to leave a voice mail and if it’s some emergency situation or something that we’re capable of dealing with in the time that we have left, we will deal with it,” said Lamb.
Lamb adds it’s a sluggish process as they transition out.
“We have to physically close our offices, we don’t have any choice and the same is true for any member of Congress who is leaving,” said Lamb. “If you don’t have any experience dealing with the federal government that might not make sense to you, but anyone who has experience dealing with the federal government knows that it moves very slowly.”
He says people who are referred to Senator Casey typically have issues that can't be resolved while he is still in office.
Lamb his office in Washington D.C. has already closed.
