A Pittsburgh man is accused of exposing himself outside Ross Park Mall.
Ross Township Police were called to the mall late in the afternoon on August 13.
A woman told them a man drove up next to her car, stared at her and appeared to be touching himself.
She gave the police a video of the man's vehicle and his license plate.
Police linked the car to Timothy Decamillis who faces two counts of indecent exposure and two counts of open lewdness.
Investigators discovered Decamillis was arrested in 2021 and charged with indecent exposure in the Lancaster area.
His preliminary hearing is scheduled for November 4.
