Scammers are impersonating the family of fallen firefighter Corey Comperatore on Facebook.
Scammers are taking advantage of the family of Corey Comperatore, the husband and father killed at the Trump rally in Butler.
A bogus Facebook page is asking for money in his name. In part, the post says “calling for donations, we still have debts from the funeral expenses. If anyone would be willing to donate to cover it up, please write to us here by clicking on the send a message below.”
Comperatore's sister Kelly has refuted the post saying their family is not seeking donations of any kind.
