For the next two weeks, all 27 members of the North Catholic Varsity Boys Soccer Team will quarantine after possible exposure to COVID-19.
The Diocese of Pittsburgh made the announcement on Friday.
"We appreciate the open lines of communication between schools during this pandemic, as we are all working hard to keep students and staff safe. Transparency is paramount," said John Benzing, Assistant North Catholic Principal.
According to the Diocese of Pittsburgh, nobody on the is feeling ill and no building closures are necessary.
While quarantined, students will take classes online.
