11:20 UPDATE: Royalty Lomax has been located and is safe.
State Police are asking for help in finding a missing 8-month-old girl.
Royalty Lomax was last seen with Nicholas Lomax in a vehicle on Dinwiddie Street in Pittsburgh. The make and model of the vehicle are unknown.
Royalty may be at special risk of harm or injury.

She has brown hair and brown eyes and was wearing a gray outfit with pink flowers and has pink bows in her hair.
Nicholas Lomax is 5-9 and also has brown hair and eyes. If you have any information call 911.
