A domestic 911 call Monday morning resulted in SWAT being called to the scene of the incident.

According to Pittsburgh Police, the call came in shortly before 10:30am and police responded to the 100 block of Daisey Street in Perry South.

Once on scene, a man let a female out of the house, but then slammed the door shut behind her.

He refused commands by police to come out. That's when SWAT arrived. The man reportedly threatened officers.

The standoff lasted about 45 minutes before the man came out of the house and was taken into custody.

The woman was treated for an injury to her face.
