A McKeesport teen is in custody for the shooting of a 16-year-old girl two years ago.
The Allegheny County Sheriff's Office says 18-year-old Anthony Gibson got out of a vehicle on Miller Avenue near the Soft Serve and Dee-Lights ice cream shop in Clairton and fired several shots.
Two of them hit the girl in the back and leg.
Gibson was 16 at the time, but charged as an adult.
Bail posted and released from jail after shortly after his arrest but failed to report for a status conference on his case
This week, detectives learned he was at a residence in Sheraden and arrested him last night.
A Glock handgun was found during the arrest and will now face additional firearms charges.
