PITTSBURGH (100.1 FM and AM 1020 KDKA) A shooting in Pittsburgh's Point Breeze neighborhood took the life of a 17-year-old girl Saturday night.
Police responded to the 100 block of North Linden Avenue around 8:15 p.m. when they found the female with a gunshot wound to the head.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene in the upper level of the home.
A male suspect was detained on the scene.
There has been no information on a motive behind the shooting.
