PITTSBURGH (100.1 FM and AM 1020 KDKA) A crash in Washington County has left a 13-year-old boy dead and two others in the hospital.
The crash occurred on Sunset Drive in West Pike Run Township around 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
The teenage boy was identified as Jayden Anderson and it is reported he was riding in the front passenger seat at the time of the accident.
According to the police report, the driver lost control of the car at a high speed when the car hit an embankment and rolled multiple times, throwing Anderson, the driver, and another passenger from the vehicle.
All three were taken to a hospital where Anderson was pronounced dead.
The other two were taken with serious injuries but are expected to survive.
A GoFundMe was started to help cover funeral expenses and has hit $13,000 of its $20,000 goal.
