This is Mikhal Wallace and her 2-year-old son, Roman.
This 21-year-old recently moved into her own place with her little man and they don't have much furniture. In fact, according to her mother's nomination, Mikhal could really use it.

“Mikhal is a young single mother who gave birth to a preemie two years ago. She lived at home with her mother for almost two years while trying to get on her feet. She did move out this past summer but is struggling to make ends meet… Her mattress has a big hole in it which she has stuffed with towels to try to level it out. She does not have a table for them to eat at and she needs bedroom furniture for her toddler son. He currently still has his crib and no dressers. His clothes are kept in storage bins and his toys in cardboard boxes.”
