Cash 5 ticket worth over $2.6 sold in Pittsburgh area to expire soon

A Pennsylvania Lottery ticket worth over $2.6 million sold in the Pittsburgh area will expire soon if the winner doesn’t claim their prize soon.

A Cash 5 ticket worth $2,628,337 sold at the Shop ‘n Save on William Penn Highway in Murrysville will expire on May 8.

Winners have one calendar year to claim Lottery prizes.

The winning ticket matched all five balls drawn, 14, 22, 33, 35 and 38 to win the prize.

A prize claim has to be filed with the Lottery by mail or at a Lottery office by Thursday, May 8, 2025.

If you have the ticket, sign the back of it immediately and you can contact the lottery at 1-800-692-7481 for more information on filing a claim.

Also, a Match 6 Lotto ticket worth $2.5 million sold in Wayne County will expire on May 2.

That’s over $5.1 million that could go unclaimed.
