Two males dead after shooting in Pittsburgh overnight

Two males are dead after an overnight shooting in the Hill District.

It happened just after 3 a.m. on the 2300 block of Webster Avenue.


Officers responded to the scene after a 16-round ShotSpotter alert.

They've been identified as 16 year old Cameron Blue-Gray from uptown and 33 year old Robert Lee Freeman Jr.

When Police arrived, they found Blue-Gray with a gunshot wound to the chest. He was taken to the hospital and pronounced dead shortly after.

Freeman Jr. was found with a gunshot wound to the head on Somers Street at Webster Avenue.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.

No suspects have been identified. An investigation is ongoing.
