In Downtown Pittsburgh, a window is boarded up at Arby's on Liberty Avenue.
It was shot out Thursday afternoon when two men decided to settle a dispute with guns.
Both men ran away after 15 shots were fired around 3 p.m. with customers and workers only feet away.
One man located by police not far from the scene. He was detained with a gunshot wound to his upper leg. He was taken to the hospital in stable condition.
Police continue to search for another suspect. He is a man believed to be his in mid-twenties.
Investigators say the two men possibly knew each other and had an altercation before shots were fired.
No one else was injured in the shooting.
