Two men were shot last night in Knoxville.
Police were sent to the 100 block of Knox Avenue at 8:45 p.m. where shots were fired inside an apartment building.
Officers found one of the men on nearby Charles Street. He was shot in the torso.
The second man arrived at an urgent care center in Brentwood with a gunshot wound to the chest and was transferred to a hospital.
Both men were in stable condition.
