Someone in Allegheny County is an instant millionaire after buying a Pennsylvania Lottery scratch-off ticket.

The winning “$1 Million? Seriously” game was sold at the Shop ‘n Save on buttermilk Hollow Road in West Mifflin.

The $20 game offers a top prize of $1 million.

Winners should sign the back of the ticket immediately and call the lottery at 1-800-692-7481.

Scratch-off prizes expire a year after the game’s end-sale date, which can be found on the Lottery’s website.

Scratch-off tickets are distributed at random by the PA Lottery, so they don’t know where the winning tickets will end up.

The Shop ‘n Save in West Mifflin will get a $5,000 for selling the ticket.
